After 11 pm we ask you to take the party into the games room so it’s quiet outside.
It has an automatic cover so we ask you to shut it if it’s not in use. There’s not a lifeguard present so all swimming is at your own risk.
Yes for bathrooms you just need to bring your own pool towels.
We are not covered on any insurance for activities on the lake and would be entirely at your own risk.
Yes all the major supermarkets deliver to Bardown.
Unfortunately nobody delivers to the farm so you will need to pop up to the village to pick up but only a 5 minute drive!

Unfortunately no you will need to book one in advance.
